Shenzhen Ports'Primary-Form Plastic Imports Up in First 2 Months 2011  

According to China Customs statistics, in the first 2 months of 2011, ports in Shenzhen, Guangdong province imported 427,000 tons of plastics in primary forms (below called the plastics) with a value of USD 780 million, respectively up 17.1% and 34.9% year-on-year; the average import price was USD 1,829 per ton, up 15.2% year-on-year.
